Mechanical domestic precise clock that only needs winding up once every 10+ years?

When looking at the above contraption, it should be a piece of cake to make a mechanical domestic precise clock, that only needs winding up once every 10 years? A clock based on an escapement duration based on the above contraption should be 100+ seconds? Maybe the area around the ball should be evacuated to reduce friction.
